We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is carried out via DHL, and the processing time is usually 2–3 business days.

Standard shipping within Germany: €4.50 – delivery time approx. 2–4 business days
Standard shipping within Austria: €6.50 – delivery time approx. 2–5 business days
Standard shipping within Switzerland: €8.00 – delivery time approx. 2–5 business days
Shipping to most EU countries + UK, Norway, etc.: €7.45 – delivery time approx. 2–5 business days
Shipping to Kosovo, Lithuania, Malta, Romania: €9.95 – delivery time approx. 3–7 business days
Shipping to the USA, Albania, Bosnia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Moldova, Serbia: €12.95 – delivery time approx. 6–12 business days
Free shipping: For orders over €50 within Germany.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option and destination.
4. Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.
5. Damaged or lost orders
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@dambrosi.de
Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so that we can find a suitable solution.
Lost packages: If your order has not arrived after 14 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and, if necessary, arrange a replacement delivery or refund.
6. Returns & complaints
Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at info@dambrosi.de to register your return.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
